Its first objective was to provide financial help to educate the needy students of the Memon community and other neighbouring communities who migrated from Indian territories to Karachi
In 1971, the society acquired a donation of 2300 square yard bungalow at 161-F, Block-3, PECHS, Karachi from Late Umer Tee. The society immediately started an Boarding House for girls in the name of Safurabai Memon Girls Boarding House in October 1971 at that place.
In 2008, the society established “The Education Bureau” to provide basic and higher education to the community children with the help of various donors.
